Our Summer menu is here and our personal favourite is this little number. Our classic sourdough (organic flour, mother yeast and 24hours fermentation), with fiordilatte mozzarella, tzatziki, Ginger Pig Italian Sausage, cucumber and parsley. It is a combination of tasty flavours, with a Greek influence, for a summery explosive pizza experience.
