Radio Alice X GAILs Bakery collab

Matteo Aloe, co-founder of Radio Alice Pizzeria and Roy Levy, Head Baker of GAIL’s Artisan Bakery have made the ultimate Summer dessert; Pizza Profiteroles. Taking Matteo’s signature sourdough recipe (of organic flour, mother yeast and 24hrs fermentation) the profiteroles are filled with vanilla ice cream (from The Ice Cream Union), organic crunchy peanut butter and topped with organic hazelnut sauce.
