Held in our Hoxton Square pizzeria, we are hosting a series of masterclasses to
share our skills and reveal our secrets.
Around our open kitchen, head chef and co-founder Matteo Aloe will demonstrate the ancient baking techniques that help make our sourdough bases crisp and light, before lending a guiding hand to guests as they try it for themselves.
He’ll explain why we use wild yeast and organic, stoneground flour, and talk through how our slow and steady fermentation process helps keep all the goodness in the dough, so it’s not just tasty but nutritious pizza too.
Matteo’s guests will have their pick of toppings from our larder, plentifully stocked with the season’s best ingredients.
Following the masterclass, guests will sit down to a veritable feast of pizza, organic wine and good company, to while away a Saturday afternoon.
